Dr. Melissa McGrath

I've always had a love of animals stemming from a childhood growing up with pets of my own.

In high school I volunteered at the Maritime Reptile Zoo for 2 years. Following high school I moved to PEI to attend my undergraduate studies in biology. I became a part of the pre-vet program whilst studying at UPEI, which allowed me to gain some experience with vet students at the Atlantic Veterinary College.

Following graduating at UPEI I attended the Atlantic Veterinary College. My love for behavioral medicine blossomed in vet school, and I look forward to continuing my learning in this area of interest.

I am dedicated to my clientele and patients, and love working with you to provide the best possible care.

Outside of work I enjoy gardening, paddleboarding, playing video games, and spending time with my friends, family, and my 3 cats.
